Terms of Service

By scheduling a cleaning with Elite Maid, you ("Client") agree to these terms. Elite Maid provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Bellevue and the Greater Seattle area, including recurring cleaning, one-time and deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, post-construction and post-remodel cleaning, and organization of spaces. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to schedule services. If you are scheduling on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to do so.

Scheduling: Services are scheduled by phone at (425) 324-5031, by email, or through the quote form on this website, and are subject to availability. Access: Please make sure our team can access the property at the scheduled time, whether by being present or by arranging a key, code, or lock box. Changes and cancellations: Plans change. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel, and we will do the same. Any fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be explained to you when you schedule.

Pricing: Quotes are based on the size and condition of the space, the type of cleaning, and frequency. A quote is an estimate; if the job differs significantly from what was described, we will let you know before doing additional work. Payment: Payment is due when the service is completed unless we have agreed otherwise with you.

Concerns: If something isn't right after your cleaning, contact us promptly and we will work with you to make it right. Property: Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets before your cleaning, and let us know about anything that needs special care or should not be touched. Report any concern about damage to us as soon as possible so we can address it.
